Av. Orhan Egemen Horasan
Our law firm was founded in 2017 by Attorney Orhan Egemen Horasan in Izmir, where it continues to operate. After completing his education at the Saint Joseph French High School in Izmir, Attorney Horasan graduated from the Faculty of Law at Yaşar University. He then furthered his academic credentials with postgraduate studies in International Commercial Law at Queen Mary University of London and in French and European Union Law at Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
His master’s thesis topics focus on the piercing the corporate veil in international tax law and defence strategies against corporate takeovers. He is proficient in English and French at a professional level. His areas of practice include Real Estate Law, Lease Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Commercial Law.
Horasan Law Firm represents clients, both corporate and individual, in dispute resolution through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Additionally, the firm provides consultancy services in regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and legal process management.
